What does the Pink Octopus company do?

Our mission is to find you a Personal Assistant to meet your personal needs. Busy life, children and work means sometimes we all need some extra help in our lives. We will personally interview, reference check and background check all independent contractors, get an in-depth insight to all our customers and then make a match for the services you need.

Who will be my Personal Assistant?

We will hand pick each assistant for your personal needs. They become part of the team after an interview, reference check and criminal background check. We base our team on skills, talents, integrity and personality. We only want to work with Personal Assistants that have a passion for the community.

We consider your location, family size, pets, special needs, business needs and personal requirements for that special touch. Just fill in a bookings/quotes or contact form with as much information as possible. This will help us determine which personal assistant to assign to you. 

Will I always have the same Personal Assistant?

The Personal Assistant we send to you is based on your personal requirements. If you would like the same PA then please tell us and we can make that request. Otherwise we send the PA based on the job selection, their skills and your location.

How much do you charge for your services?

Once you have submitted your service request to us we calculate the best price we can offer you based on our standard rates and any special requirements you may have asked for. We charge hourly rates and flat fees depending on the service. You will then receive a quote by email and if you agree to the quote an invoice will be sent for your confirmation.

Payment can be made through the link that we send to you and payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Client payments are due either immediately or for regular clients on the 1st & 15th of the month. 

Can I make a booking at short notice?

Yes you can! We understand that an incident can arise in life at any moment and we want to be there to help you through these times and  get your life back on track as quickly as possible. We can offer assistance at short notice or you can book in advance.
